Join Amy from The Amy Aspect for a special Pilates event in Clapham, designed to help you build confidence through movement, understand your body on a deeper level and prevent injury - so you can stay strong and healthy for longer.

Experience a dynamic 50-minute Pilates class with expert coaching rooted in biomechanics, followed by refreshments and connection with like-minded people. You’ll leave feeling stronger, supported by the TAA community and with a brand-new set of activewear to wear on the day!

  • 11:15 Arrival (change into your new set)

  • 11:30 – 12:20 Pilates Class

  • 12:20 – 12:30 Breathework & Meditation

  • 12:30 – 1:00 Refreshments, connection and 1:1 support with Amy
